From May 22nd to 28th, Crazy Week took place — a city-wide festival dedicated to mental health and social inclusion, now in its fifth edition, with the support of Dils — in line with its vision of community and the spirit of This is my Milano.
There was a moment when a city stopped running and chose to listen.
Organized by iSempreVivi ETS under the patronage of the City of Milan, the Lombardy Region and the Metropolitan City, the event offered a rich and free program — talks, workshops, concerts, theatre and sport — designed for anyone who wanted to open an authentic dialogue on mental wellbeing, without judgment and without taboo.
The theme of the 2026 edition was dependency: emotional, relational, digital. A thread running through encounters and personal stories focused especially on young people and the need to build relationships that can truly support them.
Among the sold-out events: the La notte della Taranta concert at the Arco della Pace on Saturday the 23rd, Roberto Vecchioni's performance/talk on Tuesday the 26th, and Massimo Recalcati's conference on Wednesday the 27th. On Sunday the 25th, the city laced up its running shoes for the Crazy Run — a non-competitive 5km through the heart of Milan.
Because wellbeing is something we build together.
