Dils acted as advisor on the leasing of the stunning Villino Florio in Rome to one of the principal global consulting firms.

This historic building boasts about 1,000 sqm of office space and features a mixed-materials façade, white stone details and ornaments representing flowers, as well as including a private garden.

With its Art Nouveau architecture and rich history, the Villino Florio is a true gem. A refurbishment project, designed by Lombardini22, will combine the elegance of Art Nouveau with innovative office features capable to enhancing the building’s architectural potential, ensuring that it remains a cherished part of Rome’s cultural heritage.
