Dils acted as advisor to Kryalos SGR in the sale of a portfolio comprising four logistics assets and two development areas, totaling approximately 200,000 square meters.
The assets are strategically located in the provinces of Milan, Piacenza, Pavia, and Cremona, covering some of the most important areas of the Milanese logistics market, in a privileged position, being immediately adjacent to the main A1 and A21 motorway junctions.
The properties stand out for their modern and versatile technical specifications and their functional layouts, meeting all major A-grade standards with the aim of achieving “BREEAM Very Good” certification.
The portfolio is fully leased to different tenants operating in various industries, third-party logistics, cosmetic, appliance, and food production.
