Dils has acted as commercial advisor in the acquisition by GLP, through the alternative real estate fund “Traianus” managed by Kryalos and fully subscribed by GLP, of a Grade A logistics asset of approx. 28,000 sqm located in Fiorenzuola D’Arda, south-east of Piacenza, built and sold by Engineering 2K.
The property is situated in the Piacenza area, a prominent logistics hub of the Country, with 20% of the total stock and excellent accessibility, thanks to quick and easy connections with the entire country, also ensured by being just 2 km from the Fiorenzuola A1/E35 toll booth on the main motorway linking Northern and Southern Italy.
The recently completed logistics asset was built following the highest international standards, thanks to which it managed to obtain BREEAM Very Good certification.
With particular attention to raw material recovery, the project was designed to ensure the utmost layout flexibility and compliance with the highest sustainability standards. The site has rainwater recovery systems and also offers outdoor relaxation areas.
