Dils acted as advisor to Goldman Sachs Asset Management in the sale, to an Italian private investor, of a portion of a prestigious complex known as San Babila Business Centre, located on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 24-28 in Milan.
The building, spanning 8 floors above-ground with a gross area of approx. 9,700 square meters, was originally designed by BBPR and successively renovated in 2021 by the renowned Citterio-Viel studio. Thanks to a recent refurbishment, the asset has achieved significant certifications, including LEED Gold and WELL Silver, thus promoting a sustainable vision and ensuring high-quality standards in the working environment.
San Babila Business Centre benefits from a strategic location in the heart of the city’s Central Business District (CBD). Currently, the area is in the midst of a revitalization phase thanks to an ambitious urban redevelopment project between San Babila and Largo Augusto, which includes the creation of a pedestrian area extending to Corso Europa, Via Durini, and Via Verziere.
