Dils sponsored Purpose Day 2025, the event promoted by POLIMI Graduate School of Management and held on October 16th, 2025, at the Teatro Lirico Giorgio Gaber in Milan. The event was dedicated to Purpose, the guiding principle that shapes business decisions and behaviors while generating positive impacts for people, organizations, and communities.

Now in its third edition, the initiative brought together over 2,000 participants, including international leaders, CEOs, and academics, to discuss how Purpose can move beyond ideological narratives and translate into concrete actions and sustainable value.

The centerpiece of the day was the 2025 research by the Purpose in Action Observatory, conducted with Doxa, which highlighted that 68% of Italian managers are aware of their company’s Purpose, yet only 13% have translated it into structured actions. These figures confirm the growing awareness of Purpose’s importance and the need to implement it in daily practice.

Dils’ participation in Purpose Day 2025 is part of the Give Back program “This is my Milano”, active since 2023, through which the company explores a new business approach grounded in social responsibility.
