General
B Vital is one of the most sustainable and healthiest office buildings in the area. Everything, down to the smallest details, is designed to promote the mental and physical vitality of the users in the building. Attention is given to movement, healthy food, mental well-being, clean air, pleasant ambient sound, high-quality water, and social interaction. These various components come together in the renovated office building.
B Vital is also flexible and efficient. All available space is used optimally, and on the ground floor, there is space for additional workstations, meeting facilities, and a hospitality concept has been implemented, including a building app (for room booking, community building, banqueting, and notifications). Additionally, the building is equipped with a multifunctional space, including a bar and a fully equipped gym.
The building has a total leasable floor area of approximately 19,550 m² of office space, spread over the ground floor and 18 upper floors. There are also 173 parking spaces available in the underground parking garage. Thanks to a series of smart energy measures, B Vital improved its energy label from A to A++, with an actual energy use of only 57 kWh/m² per year. This is not only Paris-proof but also an impressive 39% better than the theoretical use expected for its label (88 kWh/m² per year). B Vital also holds BREEAM Excellent and WiredScore Platinum certifications. Additionally, a WELL Gold label will be requested.
Location
B Vital is located in the heart of Amsterdam Zuidoost, opposite the Johan Cruijff Arena and next to entertainment venues Ziggo Dome and AFAS Live. This part of Amsterdam Zuidoost will be further developed in the coming years, where leisure, living, and working will increasingly overlap, and the area will continue to grow in the coming years.
Accessibility
The building is centrally located and easily accessible by car, public transport, and bike. It is close to several highways, including the A1, A9, A2, and A10. Parking is available in the spacious garage beneath the building and in nearby parking garages, including those at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. The metro, train, and bus are available at NS Station Arena, just a three-minute walk away. Thanks to the extensive network of bike paths, it is also easily accessible by bike.
