DESCRIPTION

The office buildings Diana and Vesta are located in the quadrant of Holterbergweg, Hondsrugweg, Herikerbergweg, and Hoogoorddreef and are part of the Plaza Arena office park in Amsterdam Zuidoost, which consists of a total of nine buildings. Diana and Vesta within Plaza Arena are equipped with the best facilities combined with the highest level of delivery. Therefore, these office buildings offer the best office experience in Plaza Arena.

Diana and Vesta are designed by Prof. Ir. K.W. Christiaanse from KCAP in Rotterdam. The design of the office buildings allows the public road to pass through the buildings. The Office Operators (TOO) rents part of the Diana and Vesta buildings, where TOO provides the reception services for the buildings. RENTAL PRICE

From € 235 per m² per year, excluding VAT and service charges.

Parking: € 2,250 per parking space per year, excluding VAT.

Service charge advance: € 70 per m² per year, excluding VAT.

LEASE TERM

At least 5 years with renewal periods of 5 years. The notice period is 12 months.

PARKING

Additionally, there are numerous additional parking options in the area.

VAT

The tenant declares that the leased space will be used for at least 90% for activities that are eligible for VAT deduction. If the tenant no longer meets this criterion at any time, the lease will automatically be considered exempt from VAT. In this case, the agreed base rent, excluding VAT, will be increased to compensate for the financial disadvantage incurred by the landlord.

RENTAL PRICE ADJUSTMENT

Annually, based on the change in the monthly price index according to the consumer price index (CPI) series CPI-total spending (2015=100), published by the Central Bureau of Statistics.
