Lovely Rita
The new-build project 'Lovely Rita', a modern building with a mix of residential and commercial spaces, has been realized on Naritaweg in Sloterdijk. The project is part of the new Sloterdijk Station District. This area is being transformed from a mono-functional office area into a vibrant, mixed living and working environment. A new location of Trainmore has already been established in 'Lovely Rita'. Additionally, there are still four commercial spaces available with a total area of approximately 940 sq.m. LFA, including this attractive hospitality space of around 350 sq.m. LFA. The building block housing the commercial spaces is designed by architectural firm INBO, known for their mission to make neighborhoods more social and healthier.
