The real estate leader secures its spot in the “Leader della Crescita” and “Campioni della Crescita” rankings for the sixth consecutive year
Dils, a leading company in real estate led by Giuseppe Amitrano, has entered the “Leader della Crescita” rankings for the sixth consecutive year, as announced by Statista in collaboration with Il Sole 24 Ore, and the “Campioni della Crescita” rankings conducted by the Istituto Tedesco di Qualità e Finanza – ITQF (German Institute for Quality and Finance) together with La Repubblica Affari & Finanza. Both surveys aim to identify Italian companies that have achieved the highest average annual growth rate in the period 2019-2022, driving the country’s development and competitiveness through innovation and technology.
The “Leader della Crescita 2024” ranking, published today by Il Sole 24 Ore, monitored 500 independent Italian companies that experienced a mainly organic growth, with a turnover of at least €100,000 in 2019 and at least €1.5 million in 2022. The analysis records strong growth levels, with total revenues expected to exceed €11 billion, driven by companies in the “Energy and Utilities,” “Construction and Engineering,” and “Industrial Production” sectors.
According to the “Campioni della Crescita 2024” survey, published last week by La Repubblica Affari & Finanza, the total revenue of the selected 800 growth champions reached almost € 27 billion in 2022, a 112% increase compared to 2019, with an annual growth rate of 37.5% over the three-year period. The success of these companies significantly boosted the country’s employment levels, creating approximately 30,000 new jobs in Italy.
Over the past three years, Dils has recorded a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 40%, reaching total revenues of nearly €60 million in the past year with an EBITDA of approximately €30 million, demonstrating a strong acceleration compared to 2021.
According to real estate market data compiled by Dils’ Research Team, in 2022, the company was involved in investment operations, including brokerage and advisory, totaling over €3.5 billion, equivalent to 30% of the total investment volume in Italy. Additionally, residential sales amounted to €600 million, bringing the total transacted by the company to over €4 billion.
Dils, boasting a team of over 200 professionals, initiated its internationalization project at the beginning of the year with the acquisition of the Dutch company Van Gool Elburg. The company plans to continue its development in other European countries, entering Portugal, Germany, Poland, Spain, and France.
