Consisting of two independent 20th-century-style buildings with appurtenant outdoor area, the Po 14 complex is set to undergo a major redevelopment project focusing on construction and plant engineering. The buildings will be refurbished to an elegant and efficient standard, thanks to a flexible and modular layout suited to various uses, with prestigious architectural finishes, a renewed facade interms of colours and restyling of the outdoor courtyard and green areas. All with a view to LEED certification and expected GOLD level.

The project also contemplates redevelopment of the basement areas, with thecreation of office space, changing rooms, a garage with access from Via di SantaTeresa and archives. Building A covers an area of approximately 5,300 sqm on 6 floors above ground plus a semi-basement level. There is a spectacular terrace on the fifth floor, overlooking Villa Borghese. With its approximately 6,000 sqm on 7 floors above ground and abasement level for garage use, Building B boasts panoramic views from the exclusive terraces on various levels. On the ground floor, there is a large and airy multipurpose office space (B1), accessible with an independent entrance from the courtyard in Via Po.
