GENERAL
The office spaces are located on Helicopterstraat in the creative business area "De Schinkel" in Amsterdam. The spaces are delivered turn-key and include, among other things: a private pantry, meeting room(s), climate system, LED lighting, and restrooms. Some of the spaces also feature their own balcony.
LOCATION
Schinkelhaven is a place filled with inspiration, a mix of architecture, types of businesses, and the natural elements of the waterway it is located by. It is home to people driving the next generation of ideas, creativity, and innovations.

RENTAL PRICE INDEXATION
Annually, based on the consumer price index (CPI) 2015=100, all households series, as published by the Central Bureau for Statistics (CBS).

At least 12 months before the end of a rental term.
LEASE TERM

SECURITY
A bank guarantee equal to 3 (three) months of rent and service charges, excluding VAT, depending on the credit information obtained.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The lease agreement will follow the standard model lease agreement, as drafted by the Real Estate Council (ROZ), model February 2015.
VAT
VAT taxation will apply. Therefore, the tenant must continuously supply more than 90% of VAT-taxable goods and services.
ACCESSIBILITY
By Car
The building is easily accessible by car via Ringweg A-10, exit S107 (Henk Sneevlietweg), or from the city center of Amsterdam via Hoofddorpplein.
By Public Transport
The property/business area is also easily accessible by public transport. Several bus lines pass through the office and business area (23, 44, 145, and 197). Tram line 2 stops at the nearby Hoofddorpplein. The metro station Henk Sneevlietweg (lines 50 and 51) is also within walking distance.
